7/27/26 Clementa Ave Update: The road will remain closed due to SAFETYconcerns.
Repairs are needed on a culvert, which will require relocating three fiber optic lines and addressing an exposed high-pressure gas line.

Discussions with Montrose has NOT led to any assistance with helping maintain the gravel portion of Clementa Ave.

Maintenance Costs are ALL on the Taxpayers of Marysville Township.

2024 summer maintenance cost of Clementa Ave $29,808.96;

2025 summer maintenance cost of Clementa Ave $27,334.80;

projection of 2026 summer maintenance cost of Clementa Ave $36,201.60

**Any Marysville Residents that have concerns please reach out to a Township Supervisor.

Montrose plans to construct a walking path along it’s portion of Clementa Ave in Fall 2026 and complete a mill and overlay in Spring/Summer 2027. Because of concerns that the gravel section could be used as a haul road, additional closures may be needed to protect the road and avoid repair costs for Marysville Township Taxpayers.
